Come Home to the Heart
Silent meditation retreats and spiritual teachings in a quiet place near Brașov, at the foot of the Carpathians.
A place for Stillness, Self-Inquiry, and the awakening of the Heart
Hridaya means “Spiritual Heart.” It points to the intimate depth of our being — the quiet Awareness in which thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the whole movement of life appear.
At Hridaya Romania, meditation, contemplative Hatha Yoga, Self-Inquiry, classical Tantra, and non-dual teachings are shared as different doors opening toward the same recognition: our True Nature is more spacious, more intimate, and more alive than the stories through which we usually define ourselves.
Most of what happens at the center is taught in Romanian. This English section gathers what you can follow in English: the retreats and initiations held in English, and the teachings behind them.

You are welcome
Perhaps you come through Silence. Perhaps through Yoga, Tantra, or a question you cannot yet put into words. The invitation is the same: turn inward, listen deeply, and discover what is already here.
