Asociația de Meditație și Yoga – a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Str. Poarta Câmpului no. 408C, Sânpetru, Brașov County, fiscal registration code 5380598, hereinafter “the owner of the website”. WEBSITE – the documents accessible through the domain www.hridaya-yoga.ro and its subdomains, hereinafter “www.hridaya-yoga.ro”, “the Site” or “the Website”, “Hridaya Yoga Romania”
WEBSITE CONTENT is defined as:
• all the information on the website that can be viewed or accessed through the domain www.hridaya-yoga.ro, including information about products, services and/or prices;
• the content of any e-mail sent to clients by Hridaya Yoga Romania by electronic means and/or by any other means of communication;
“ADMINISTRATOR” – the person or team who administers the Site.
“THE SERVICE” means any service offered on the Site, and/or any module or component of it;
“THE USER” means any person who visits or accesses the Site, who creates an account on the Site, or who wishes to use in any way, or actually uses, the Service.
Not accepting these Terms and Conditions, or any provision of them as set out in this document, obliges the User to stop accessing the Site immediately; continuing to access or visit the Site, any page of it, and/or to use the Service or any component of them, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and of every provision in them.
By registering, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to use the Service in strict accordance with them. Users who have created an account on the Site understand and accept that continuing to use their account, as well as any further access to or visit of the Site, of any page of it, and/or the use of the Service or of any component of them, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and of every provision in them; if the Users mentioned above do not accept the Terms and Conditions, they are obliged to stop accessing the Site immediately.

Users undertake to respect all copyright and related rights and any other intellectual property rights that the Administrator of the site and its partners hold over / in connection with the site, its content, the service, any module or component of them, or in connection with their use. Users understand and accept that, in the event of a breach of any of the provisions above to any extent, they may be held liable toward the authors/owners of the content of the site.
The content of the site, regardless of the area of the site in which it appears and regardless of its type, may be used exclusively for personal purposes, defined in this document as purely non-commercial purposes, without any direct or indirect intention of obtaining profits or gains of any kind from such use. Users who send information or materials to the Site in any way agree to assign exclusively, for an unlimited period and for all territories, at the moment of sending them to the Administrator of the site, all rights of use, adaptation, modification and/or retransmission of the content they contribute or post on the Site. The Administrator of the Site cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by content posted on the Site by any person, regardless of the section, service or facility of which that content forms part.
It is strictly forbidden to post on the Site any content, including materials, comments, images or video sequences, but not limited to these, which uses obscene or vulgar language, contains illegal, threatening, abusive or indecent texts, racist or chauvinistic messages, or which could discriminate against any person in any way, or which would breach any other human rights and freedoms according to the legislation in force.

Subscriptions
We welcome your comments about our Site. However, we will not review or take into consideration any unsolicited creative comments or suggestions for subjects for our sessions or programs, or for any of our products. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might appear similar to ideas presented by you.
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended and completed, and of Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the Administrator of the site will administer, in conditions of safety and only for the purposes specified, the personal data provided by Users.
We inform you that the personal data which Users provide to the Administrator of the site are processed in order to offer the Service in the best conditions. Users understand and accept that the personal data they provide are processed in order for the Administrator of the site to offer, in the best conditions, internet services, advertising, marketing and publicity services, statistics, and/or the provision of goods and services.
